RFWarehouse for CoLinear

As of January 1, 2012 we are pleased to announce our complete order fulfillment system for the CoLinear user. Now even the most inexperienced employee can pick, pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently. Managers can use our system tools to measure and track employee productivity and customer service representative can use a web browser to look up order pick, pack and ship history with the click of a button. All this at a very affordable price. We offer an attractive 36 month leasing program which includes hardware maintenance (excluding batteries), see the example below.

Version 1.0 Software: Licenses for four scanners included are RFLookup, RFPick, RFVerify, RFSign, RFMultiPick and our easy to use, PHP Web application for entering and maintaining your employees. It also displays productivity statistics about your employees and has a "Order Lookup" function that displays who Picked, Verified and Signed an order.

Hardware: Four scanners, four batteries (new), battery charger, two access points with antennas and the RFServer***.

Warranty

All systems (software and hardware) come with a 90 day warranty and 2 hours of on-line/remote assistance (if needed).


Software

Note about our software. Warehouse management best practices state that the length of product SKUs should be kept to 13 characters or less, e.g. Costco, WalMart, Sears, etc. We have managed to design our software to support SKUs up to 40 characters in length. Since some order management solutions allows SKUs up to 255 characters in length, some customers existing databases may not conform to best practice guidelines.

* Unless otherwise stated, all hardware is off corporate lease, used and has been reconditioned. Most have cosmetic blemishes, scuffs, scrapes, etc. All have been tested and are functionally sound and carry a 90 day warranty (the same as new). Normally we recommend reconditioned equipment over new since it's really our software that adds the value here, additionally after one week of use in your warehouse new equipment would look just like the reconditioned scanners!
