We now offer a complete small business RFWarehouse management system for ChannelAdvisor users at a very affordable price.

Step One

Select the system you need, based on your warehouse:

The following figures are for one single-story open warehouse.

Up to 5,000 sq ft.

For warehouses that do not fall into one of the above categories, a virtual site survey is needed.

There is an upfront charge of $199 for this service. However, this fee will be credited towards any system purchased within 60 days of survey.

Step Two

Select the type and quantity of hand-held, wireless, barcode scanners you need.

Step Three

Request an official quote from us and then pay for your hardware.
(Price includes configuration and programming.)

Hardware Example:

AcmeShaverParts.com, is an online ChannelAdvisor store.
They have a 5,000 square foot warehouse and want four scanners.
A PCI-compliant system to cover a warehouse that size would be $1,350.
If they purchase four of the new Datalogic Kyman scanners, their hardware cost would be 4 x $1,300 or $5,200.
Add the two together and they have a total hardware cost of $6,550.

Step Four

Sign the software license agreement.
When the official quote is emailed to you, we will also send a software license agreement.

• Multi Pick, pick up to 25 orders while making only one trip through the warehouse. Now supports multiple CA stores.
• Verify, verify orders at the time of packing. Now supports multiple CA stores.
• Sign, used at the shipping station to identify who shipped the package.
• SKU Assign, location and quantity management by SKU. Now supports unlimited local locations and tracks quantity per location.
• BIN Count, allows you to count items in a single bin, compare results with system data and save any changes.
• UPC Assign, allows you to assign UPCs, EANs or any unique barcode to a SKU. Now supports UPC to SKU cross reference.
• Bulk Move, scan the bin location you want to move, scan the destination location and everything is moved to the new location.
• CSV import program, pulls SKUs into our system and does a local 'relative' quantity update in our system.
• Wireless Order Fullfilment Systems Console

2 scanner system $249/month, plus $15 per month per additional CA company on menu.
Additional user license $25 per month per user.

Software Example:

Since AcmeShaverParts.com only has one CA company and they are using 4 scanners, they would pay a monthly software use fee of $299.
