Pick Orders
RFPick

This program allows your employees to pick an order using a barcode scanner.

If you are using the Stone Edge SEOM, you begin by scanning the reference number barcode in the upper right corner of the packing slip.

Our software looks up all the items and displays them in picking order one by one, instructing your employee where to go and how many to pick.

Verification that the correct item was picked is accomplished by scanning the UPC of the item. Our system compares it to what's in the database and your picking errors disappear!

It will:
  • Increases your employees productivity. Our customers are reporting at least a 25% increase!
  • Significantly reduces picking errors. Our customers have reported errors rates have dropped to less than 2%.
  • Requires minimal training for new or temporary employees.
  • Our software records start and end times, quantity picked and who picked it. This allows you to accurately measure the productivity of each employee.
  • We also have a 'customer service' interface that allows you to see quickly who picked, verfied and signed an order. (see RFVerify and RFSign).
